Hannah Lynn’s Partner Yoga classes are based on the work of Elysabeth Williamson and Principle-Based Partner Yoga™, a visionary healing art that combines ancient Yogic wisdom with modern mind/body understanding. Elysabeth’s breakthrough work integrates principles like trust, surrender, silence, grounding and union into hands-on partner practices.
Connection is the most deep and gratifying practice. Raw human connection is our birthright and in this class we use Play and Posture to explore connecting with others in a safe container. Not just for yogis, this work can change how you relate to all beings and create a profound sense of connection to the world around you.
