Join Hannah for an insightful and educational afternoon delving into Practical Anatomy: Principle Based Anatomy for Yoga. She will be covering principles such as:
• Context: Learning how to see and assess individuals needs for a safe course of action in their physical practice
•Neuropatterning: Assessing and addressing students conditioned patterns of movement and offering new ways of healthy movement to create stability and ease of movement
• Tension vs. Compression: Understanding which factors are at play in someone's unique body structure and which can be changed vs. what are fixed factors that will not change through a safe yoga practice
Hannah's insights through her many years as a massage therapist will provide you with a firm working knowledge to leave this workshop more confident in your ability to help your students and yourself. You won't find another workshop on anatomy this practical or fun!
