Join me for an in depth exploration of the functional anatomy of breathing. Breathing! You know that thing that you do all the time, but only think about sometimes... 

Dynamic Breath is a workshop style class that will include anatomy lecture (powerpoint/visual aids), breathing exercises, and rib cage mobilization techniques so that you’ll be able to feel your own anatomy and get the most out of what you’re learning.

This class will leave you with a higher blood oxygen level and a wider breath of knowledge about the power and functionality of our most primal bodily function.
