Partner yoga is a fun exploration of human bodies and physical relationships: your relationship to another person’s body in the same or a different shape can provide profound support and unprecedented openings in your physical practice. In addition to the physical benefits, we learn about each other as we share mats, support each other in posture, and cultivate the skill of feeling another person.
