Fascial Fitness: Find Your Feet

The feet are the foundation of the human vertical stance and feed directly up into the deep front line of the body, affecting the hip flexors, diaphragm, heart, and neck. Attention into the feet will benefit the whole body. This treatment will enliven and awaken the your hooves, get you connected to your physical grounding, and give you and incredible new access to translating upward moving forces in your body (aka the Spring in Your Step!!!)

In this session, we learn basic anatomy and movement mechanics of the feet/ankles and then we take a deep dive into somatic treatments: using props to mobilize and energize the feet.
